How do I watch my purchase?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with your unique access code. Enter this code on the Redeem page to start watching immediately.

Do my purchases expire?

No. When you buy from SOMA GROUP, you own it forever. Your access code never expires.

What devices can I watch on?

You can watch on any device with a modern web browser, including computers, tablets, and phones. We also support casting to Chromecast devices.

How much goes to the artist?

95% of your purchase goes directly to the creator. We only keep 5% to cover payment processing and infrastructure costs.

I lost my access code. What do I do?

Check your email for the original purchase confirmation. If you can't find it, contact us with your purchase email address and we'll help you recover access.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds after an access code has been redeemed. If you have issues with playback, please contact us.
