By accessing and using SOMA GROUP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

When you purchase content through SOMA GROUP, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream, view, and download that content for your own personal use. Where a direct-download MP4 is offered, you may save one copy to your personal devices using your valid access code. This license does not include the right to redistribute, share, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the content beyond personal viewing.

3. Access Codes

Access codes are for personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute your access code to others. Each access code is associated with a single purchase and may be used on multiple personal devices.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally final once an access code has been redeemed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact us.

6. Content Availability

We strive to maintain access to all purchased content indefinitely. However, in rare circumstances, content may be removed due to licensing changes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) circumvent any technological protection measures; (b) screen-record, capture, or extract the streaming video beyond the personal download offered by the Service; (c) use automated systems to access the Service; (d) share access codes with others; (e) redistribute, re-upload, or publicly display downloaded content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
